| Facility Information
In Facility Information, users may view details
about facility name, address, reporting requirements, and
whether or not the user has rights to certify this facility,
depending on the setup by the administrator. The User's role
for the facility will be indicated in the User Role field.
Other information for the facility may also be viewed from
this screen.

Reporting Requirements & Forms
A particular report type will apply for a certain
facility, where report type is dependent on administrator
setup. The E2 System takes advantage of XML technology to
provide online web-entry forms where users may enter data.
For the selected facility's report, the user may enter sampled
or monitored pollutant amount manually, or populate data from
other file formats such as MS Access or Excel.
The
user may choose to view the report, where a formatted report
with blank fields for areas requiring data input may be viewed.
In the E2 System, XML schemas may also be viewed for each
report.

Submit Reports
In the Report Submission section of the E2 System, the user
may choose a report to submit to the state authority, test the
report to see how the report is generated and preview the report.
A mandatory user PIN ensures security of report submission,
and only qualified users may submit reports for certain facilities.
If viewers attempted to submit a report, for example, they will
fail to do so. Secured socket layer security software ensures
that the content of the data is original, truthful, legitimate,
and un-altered. A complete chain-of-custody of all records is
maintained in the E2 server.

View Reports
Users may also view reports that have been
submitted, as well as whether or not the submitted reports
are valid. To view report status, including reports that have
been accepted by the state agency, rejected by the agency,
or are still in the processing stage, the user should go to
the Submission items screen.
